Before the Day

How payment works

The deposit

  • A 30% deposit holds your date. Pay it in the booking above, by card or by transfer
  • The deposit counts towards the total price of your package
  • The balance is due 7 days before the wedding, by bank transfer or card
  • Invoice and receipt for every payment

Cancellation

Cancel more than 30 days before your date and your deposit is refunded in full. Inside 30 days the deposit is non-refundable. If you need to move your date, we'll transfer your deposit in full to the new one, provided we're available. If we can't cover the new date, the cancellation terms above apply. Rescheduled dates must fall within 12 months of the original.

Is my date confirmed straight away?We check every date personally. Your deposit holds the date, and we message you to confirm and start planning the day.

When do we get our photos and film?Photos arrive within 10 days and films within 5 weeks, through a private online gallery backed up for a year. Express editing is available as an extra.

Do you travel for weddings?Yes. Travel anywhere in Thailand is included in every package.
